지난 번에 쓴 글을 보면,

 

피씨엘의 타액 진단키트에 대해서 기대하는 사람들이 많았음에도 불구하고 전국적으로 퍼져나가지 못했다.

 

댓글을 살펴보면, 구하기 어렵다.. 처방 받기 어렵다. 이런 이야기가 많았다.

 

 

그런데 이제 상황이 조금 달라진 듯 하다.

Tests zur Eigenanwendung: Freigabe von Antigentests für Laien gilt ab Mittwoch

The release of certain antigen tests to laypeople will apply from Wednesday.  The corresponding ordinance of the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) was  published in the Federal Gazette today, Tuesday. This means that the regulation  will come into force tomorrow, Wednesday. This regulation extends the test strategy.  The PZ reported on the first draft of the new regulation a few days ago. With the Third Civil Protection Act, the Bundestag had already decided in November 2020 to overturn the doctor's reservation on the delivery and implementation of in-vitro diagnostics for the detection of reportable diseases. This reservation was originally regulated in the Medical Devices Dispensing Ordinance (MPAV), but was weakened more and more in the wake of the pandemic. In recent months, for example, more and more facilities have been able to obtain antigen tests from pharmacies . Now the pandemic is to be fought further, in which people can test themselves at home without medical supervision. Specifically, the current ordinance states that the relevant annex in the MPAV,  which lists which tests may also be given to laypeople, will be supplemented  by the following bullet point: »In-vitro diagnostics for personal use, which are used for direct pathogen detection  Coronavirus SARSCoV-2 are determined «. This definition, however, only refers to certain self-tests and not the antigen tests, which, like the PCR tests, use a smear  from the nose and throat. According to the BMG, such tests, mostly gargle or  spit tests, have not yet been approved for use on the market.  However, once the tests are released, the market approvals for these tests could follow soon. So far, the MPAV has only provided for one exception to the approval of tests for lay people: HIV self-tests.

일반인 사용을 위한 항원검사는 이번주 수요일부터 사용할 수 있다. 연방보건부(BMG)의 해당 조례가 오늘(화요일) 연방관보에 실렸다. 이는 이러한 변화가 내일인 수요일부터 시작된다는 것을 의미한다. 이 규정은 사용 가능한 키트 범위를 확대한다. PZ는 며칠 전 새로운 규정의 초안에 대해 보고했다. 제3차 시민보호법으로 Bundestag는이미 2020년 11월 신고성 질환 감지를 위한 체외진단 제공 및 시행에 대한 의료 규정을 번복하기로 결정했다. 이 규정은 원래 의료기기 분사 조례(MPAV)을 통해 규제되었지만, 대유행의 여파로 점점 더 약화되었다. 최근 몇 달 동안, 점점 더 많은 시설들, 예를 들어 약국 등에서 항원 검사를 받을 수 있었다. 이제 더 나아가서, 사람들이 의료 감독 없이 집에서 스스로를 검사할 수 있게 될 것이다. 특히 현행 조례는 일반인에게도 제공할 수 있는 시험을 열거하는 MPAV의 관련 부속문서를 다음과 같이 보완할 것을 명시하고 있다. > 코로나 검사를 위한 자가 체외 진단 허용 그러나 이 정의는 특정 자가 테스트만 언급할 뿐 코와 목의 비료를 사용하는 항원 테스트를 지칭하지는 않는다. BMG에 따르면, 대부분 가글이나 침을 뱉는 그러한 테스트들은 아직 시장에서 사용하도록 승인되지 않았다고 한다. 그러나, 일단 테스트가 공개되면, 이러한 테스트에 대한 시장 승인이 곧 뒤따를 수 있습니다. 지금까지 MPAV는 일반인을 위한 시험의 승인에 한 가지 예외를 제공하였다. >인체 면역 결핍 바이러스 자가 검사.

 

결국 자가 진단은 허용이나, 피씨엘 제품과 같은 타액 항원 제품은 아직은 승인이 아니라고 한다.

 

그러나 주목할 점은 그간 HIV에 대해서만 자가 검사를 허용했던 의료 선진국 독일 마저도

 

자가 진단 허용 움직임을 보이고 있다는 것이다.

 

예상보다 이 전쟁이 길어질 것, 그리고 자가 진단의 필요성이 부각될 것이라는 점에서

 

진단키트 회사에 좋은 시그널이 될 수 밖에 없다.

내일 윗꼬리를 달든 음봉을 보여주든, 결국 계속 좋아질 회사다.

 

 

기존에도 좋은 회사 + 코로나 때 현금 확 땡긴 회사 + 지금도 열심히 팔고 있는 회사를 찾으면

 

손실을 안볼 것을 확실한다.
